Very pleasant showroom. Lovely displays. Easy to move around. Two staff, greeted on arrival and left to look. When I was ready the young lady was most helpful and very nice. My order was completed well. Very happy.

Deeply unhappy with my online purchase and buyer be aware. I purchased the Franki Queen Bed Base in “rustic walnut”. I looked closely at the colour online and all their other rustic walnut furniture. In all photos it appeared to be a lovely dark warm toned wood and exactly what I needed. When I recieved it, it was nothing like advertised; rather it was an incipid neutral-cool mid brown with a nasty fake looking wood grain. Very different to what was described and advertised.
