Bought four dining chairs at $300 each from B2C and they scratched all over upon careful assembly. One of them arrived with a cracked piece which B2C replaced very quickly but the quality of their products is horrendous and so cheaply made. I’ve requested for a full refund given the poor quality which they are refusing to provide and are instead offering me a return with a 20% restocking fee and an $89 delivery return fee which ends up being more than the cost of a single chair which is just ludicrous. Buyers be warned. The bunk bed I purchased is coming from overseas and will take over 20 working days for delivery. For the price I paid I expected it to be locally made. This isn’t something they stipulate at the time of purchase but their email after purchase specifies 10-14 working days to reach Sydney or Melbourne warehouse and then another 5 - 8 days to reach the local depot and then another 2 days for it to be delivered.
