We had to cancel our rental, no one answered the phone, so we did it via email, but have received no communication since. They kept our prepaid rental.
Wonderful staff! We rented ebikes and the price was very reasonable! Easy access to the trails around the lakes.
5 of us rented ebikes from the Excelsior location. Great instructions from the staff, well maintained and easy to hop on the trail to Victoria. Fun to have an opportunity to test drive before potentially buying.
