I purchased 3 pair of earrings for an event to decide which pair was best with my outfit and I asked the sales clerk if I could return the pairs I didn’t wear and was informed I could return them for a store credit within 7 days, but when I went to the store to return them a different sales clerk told me I can’t return jewelry, so the other sales clerk lied to me and the owner wouldn’t give me store credit as a result of their employees lie.
