Good product and great service staff 👌
I purchased 3 pair of earrings for an event to decide which pair was best with my outfit and I asked the sales clerk if I could return the pairs I didn’t wear and was informed I could return them for a store credit within 7 days, but when I went to the store to return them a different sales clerk told me I can’t return jewelry, so the other sales clerk lied to me and the owner wouldn’t give me store credit as a result of their employees lie. Called the store a product that shows "in stock" online is NOT, thankfully calling ahead saved me an hour drive. However, the employee stated she wasn't sure why they would have anything online for them because they do not have a website, so, still a little confused.
