The worst bank I have ever dealt with. It took them more then 3 weeks to resolve a problem that could have been resolved in an hour. I spoke to 5 different employees and all 5 gave me deferent advise which showed me they have no idea what they are doing. I requested to speak to a manager, after many messages no one called me back. Their excuse was manager was very busy that is why he never called me back. Because they didn't fix their mistake promptly costed me a lot in interest I had to pay.
