Popped in today on spec because I had a "spanner" engine warning light on my 2020 Ford Focus. Friendly guys must have dropped what they were doing to bring their diagnostic kit, plugged in and then they recommended a couple of courses of corrective action in the short term. Permanent fix offered if subsequently needed. Could not have had a better experience, will definately use these guys in the future
I’m at a complete loss regarding where to begin with this utterly unprofessional experience I had with these so-called professionals. I entrusted them with my car and handed over £180, believing that they would take care of the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, my expectations could not have been more misplaced. My mum has canser these guys took £180 of my dad put him through hell!! And the car is still not fixed!! Manger gets aggressive when we ask for a refund avoid avoid avoid!!!! Do not go to the hassle my poor parents went through
Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Had a problem with my car start and progress really quickly. Pete and his team figured out what it was and fixed it all within a couple of hours. Price was also fantastic compared to what I'd been quoted the night before elsewhere. Thankyou so much for all of your help. Will definitely be my chosen garage from now on.
