The staff was kind and knowledgeable.
Walked in with fears of meningitis or antibiotic allergy based on what I was feeling, the doctors asked me a lot of questions about symptoms / medical history in the lobby which was uncomfortable, then proceeded to move my hair to look at the rash I was dealing with, without a heads up. When I did get taken to a room by the person who checks you in I waited over 30 minutes to see someone after he took my vitals even though I was the only patient in the clinic. Took my son in for a strep and flu test. They billed my insurance $764, leaving me with $250 after insurance covered $464. I see online that strep tests cost $59 and Flu tests are $88 at Walmart. $323 for a routine 20min consultation with the PA? These prices are absurd.
Very pleasant experience at B2 Microcare, I scheduled ahead to get a TB screening done and everything was to the point and a great overall experience. I highly recommend this clinic
