This place is a total joke. They are very judgmental there. I went in because I had a bad cough for a couple of weeks, and yes, I was trying to use whiskey to help myself. But they ended up calling the Bozeman police on me. Because I smelled like alcohol. What the heck? I'm here for my addiction and my illness. I haven't done anything wrong to anyone, either physically or mentally. Why would they call the police? I was just an innocent person. Multiple experiences of calling for support and being hung up on without any chance to talk. I understand it’s busy, but this is ridiculous. I will not be back.
Before being treated, I was quoted $80 or less for an ear cleaning and brief procedure. Despite having insurance, and less than 15 minutes of being there, I ended up with a $500 bill in the mail. The exam room also appeared very poorly maintained, like to the point where I did not want to sit down, which was disappointing for an urgent-care clinic. I hope they improve their pricing transparency and cleanliness; in its current state, I can’t recommend this location whatsoever.
The staff and doctors were great. Very easy to book a time online and get in and out. Highly recommend if you need an urgent care.
