I feel like it a God sent program . Me being a CNA for over 20 plus years and this is one of the best programs there is . My caregiver is so nice and caring and have really spoiled me and I'm very thankful for her. And I feel like B1 Nursing Care is the way to go. The Owner and Staff you can't ask for nothing better. I Thank God For B1 Nursing.
Arrangements over the phone with Danay was easy and professional. At the Pearl office to sign the contract, there was a child at the reception computer then, a barefoot representative greeted me. Yet, I committed with a deposit (my bad).. B1 was unable to find an aide for my dad. After waiting weeks, I had to dispute for a refund through my credit card holder.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL ANSWERED THE PHONE THIS MORNING AND SHE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME WHILE I ASKED HER A QUESTION. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES GOD BLESS THEIR ACTUAL EMPLOYEES UPDATE: OWNER CSLLED BACK AND APOLOGIZED FOR PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE
Love the services and I’ll recommend her to anyone. Her and the staff are fantastic.
