I needed my double cylinder security door lock replaced. The technician was qualified, very nice, and did the job. The charge was $895.00 I feel like I paid way too much. Anyone else have a similar experience?
Absolutely horrible service! A remote and key and remote were cut in Feb 2025 and stopped working with the first few weeks. Suddenly it started to work. Over a month ago, the remote stopped working again. I reached out. Spoke to Ben. Explain the situation. He said he only warranties his work for 30 days. I would have the fan additional $125 if I wanted to get a new remote programmed.
