I had a very poor experience with B1 Autos. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. The service I received was below acceptable standards, and the issue with my vehicle was not resolved. Based on this experience, I will not be using B1 Autos again and would not recommend it to others.

UPDATE it is this place! I have attached an image of the exact place. They had the nerve to lie and say it’s not them. I’ve just seen them with my own eyes, trying to gaslight me that it’s construction. Every single day at 8 a.m. this garage runs a loud machine. I don’t know what it is, but it sounds like a generator or a car idling and rumbling. Why is this happening? This garage never used to be so noisy, but now it’s every day. Been coming to this garage for the past 2 years on and off. Got to say the two workers Ahmed and Aamir worked on my Golf R exceptionally well hats off to them. Issue was fixed within the same day. Thank you B1 for the great customer service and your amazing work will be back soon (if there is a problem with the car)
