I was actually satisfied with the quality of the work B&Z Electrical did, and I have no major complaints about the job itself. However, I was very disappointed and honestly stunned when I received the final invoice. When I called and spoke with the person on the phone before the work, I was told the cost would be roughly around $500. Based on that, I agreed to have the work done. Jeremy told us he'd come by this morning to check out the electrical main that was hit by an excavator. He lied. He never showed up. He never reached out to cancel.
Our home downtown is 140 years old and has a few generations of electrical wiring. B&Z has always been a reliable and professional service to take care of changes and maintenance. Highly recommended!
