Sarah and her team were very helpful and professional with the vacate clean we required. She efficiently handled a few minor touch-ups that were needed, and thanks to her team's great work, we successfully received our full end-of-lease bond back.
Sarah and her team have been the cleaners of my Airbnb for close to a year now, they are always responsive and allowing of minor changes of an extra bed setup, restocking and the admin team are super helpful and efficient.The place is well maintained and im super appreciative of their great service.
Would not recommend B-Wonderhost Cleaning Company. We hired them for a vacate clean for our 2x2 apartment and paid $715 upfront before the clean was even completed. The clean was booked for Wednesday with keys due back Friday. The cleaners arrived late on Wednesday and the clean was supposed to include everything, including the balcony. B Wonderhost took on an Airbnb cleaning job in Scarborough at short notice. They were great from start to finish. The communication was smooth, they were flexible, followed all directions and spent the time to do a great job with the clean. Highly recommended!
