Breegan is the best hair stylist I’ve ever worked with! She’s easy to talk to and will do a thorough consultation if you need. She will work with an Inspo photo but also make the cut look right for you. That takes a special eye and skill that she has & you can trust. Bangs & layers are risky but she literally does them perfect on me. This is my favorite hair era 😍
