I’ve called twice regarding a patient form that needs to be completed and I keep getting attitude over the phone. I have a client that her insurance will lapse at the end of the month if they dont have the doctor sign and sent back to the insurance company but it seems like a month is not enough time to have a doctor sign and sent out. Then took the time to insult me and complain but taking 5 minutes out of her time to sign a form and have the staff push some numbers on a faxing machine is too much time taken out of her busy... read more
