B W O'Brien are great for heatpumps! We have had two heatpumps installed with them over the last four years. They have a great service with competitive prices. Recently one of our heatpumps outdoor units had a manufacturer fault and they fixed it under warranty no fuss or cost at all. Highly recommended 👌
Very impressed with the service from B.W. O’Brien and Co. They installed my heat pump and went above and beyond – took the time to walk me through how everything works, set it up so I can control it from my phone, and even mounted the remote holder on the wall. The install was neat, efficient, and they left the place spotless. Genuinely great experience, highly recommend. Thank you!
Heat pump motor fan crapped out. Emailed on the weekend. Received response first thing Monday morning. Technician came out in the afternoon, confirmed the fault, came back within 20 minutes with replacement part and we were away laughing.
The service from the whole team at BW O'Brien was very professional. From the quote to installation and followup checks this business is a pleasure to work with. Extra kudos too, as we live way out of town. Thank you Glen, Nigel, Jasmine & Ash
