Very impressed with the service from B.W. O’Brien and Co. They installed my heat pump and went above and beyond – took the time to walk me through how everything works, set it up so I can control it from my phone, and even mounted the remote holder on the wall. The install was neat, efficient, and they left the place spotless. Genuinely great experience, highly recommend. Thank you!

Heat pump motor fan crapped out. Emailed on the weekend. Received response first thing Monday morning. Technician came out in the afternoon, confirmed the fault, came back within 20 minutes with replacement part and we were away laughing.

Heat pump stopped working at night. Phoned next morning. Technicians arrived within 30 mins. Hear pump old and had failed. Got a quote for a replacement. As this was our only form of heating, the team went over and above to get the new Heat pump installed. By midday the same day, it was up and running. Great people did the install. Left no mess. I would highly recommend O'Briens.
