I had a good experience overall and the item I wanted printed and laminated turned out fine. The thing they can improve on is the communication in general. I'd have benefitted from some simple input from them regarding providing them the best print-ready form of my product to help make their lives easier, and produce a successful product that I'd be happiest with.
