Disappointed. Took 6 months to get the broken chainsaw back...BROKEN Dropped off a saw in July 25. Have called multiple times and the person at front desk has said that they will have one of the mechanics call me back. I have NEVER received a call. Finally, February 5, I told them i was coming to pick it up and received it back with the bar and chain off as well as sprocket and other parts in a bag. IT ISN'T EVEN FIXED!!1
