Company's name is "B&w Air" but the lady on the phone said they don't do duct work for AC units, that they repair them, install them and do appliance repair. So they're more or less electrical and appliance repair, not Heating and "Air" which is how Google indentified them.
My dryer was under warranty. The company wanted to use his service. The person called me a day earlier than the appointment wanting to come on over. I told him I was headed to work. I already scheduled a time for the following day. He said no worries he would be there and be through before 2. Next day I wait all day no word.
