Great service and very reasonable pricing
Ya...terrible customer service. Sold wrong part, not called when order comes in...call to confirm and I'm told they are almost sold-out... I'm intentionally avoiding this place and will drive further for purchases to avoid giving them my money, being that they can close on weekends, they obviously don't need it.
Wow, rude!!!!!! Say they will only deal with you if you come into the store. I have bought a few expensive item from BV tools over the years. It always surprises me on the rudeness. This time it was even worse. Will purchase products at a different local store from now on.
