This place is absolutely disgusting. They made my toes bleed and when I asked them to stop they told me to be quiet . they purposely hurt my friend when they were cleaning her callous . and then when we left our feet were more rough than when we got there .... And we did spa pedis. We left asap

I used to go here often for pedicures and thought the service was great. The last 3 times though it's almost like they're trying to maximize on the price and have cut back on the service. My pedicures have been mediocre at best and the last one the girl was rude, very abrupt and not gentle, and cut my toe so badly it's already infected only a few hours later. I've been going here since they opened, I only get pedicures (no acryllic nails or anything). They take their time with the pedis! The back room is nice and tranquil with a tv and gas fireplace. No rushing and the best part is the salon doesn't stink like other salons from all of the nail chemicals. Nicely decorated: no tacky pictures of long nails airbrushed!!! I don't go ANYwhere else than BV for pedicures!!

I come here every time I get a pedicure. They do a great job and are gentle and friendly. However, when I get a manicure I won't go anywhere else but Miracle Nails in Solvay. They have great service at a great price and I've always been satisfied with their work.

I got acrylic nails 3 days ago and they're already falling off. The lady was talkative and nice. However, she rushed through my nails and did a horrible job.
