After waisting my time at Ace emissions on Overland I took my car to B&V. The nicest older gentleman came out and did my emissions and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great customer service!
One, my dad works here. Two, the people are so nice; the employees deserve tips. Not that you need to tip them, I'm just being nice and giving them credit. My dad works all week, exsept Thursdays, Sundays, and Saturdays. He works 9 hours a day, and is exhausted. The other employees are also kind and consideret. The store clerks are also very kind and they often talk with my dad. Anyway, five star review for me!

I arrived at about 5:35 with one car ahead of me in line. Upon arrival I was greeted by a man who told me that he would not do it tonight as he has plans. He told me this all while leaning on my vehicle and when I asked him not to he apologized dismissively and quickly walked away. I sat awestruck until about 5:45 when he finished the car ahead of me, turned off the lights and grabbed his belongings before leaving.
