We have been moving with the military for the past 36 years and this was by far the best shipment delivery we have ever had. Our crew of Chris, Brian, Jacob and Gabe were incredible. Friendly, fun, fast and respectful. If we could have had them for all our moves over our Navy career we would have paid extra. Absolutely stellar service from start to finish. I’ve been a customer with them for five years… As a single mother, I solely provide for my children. I have fallen behind multiple times. I have always paid all late fees. Don’t leave these are charged four times a month ranging anywhere from $10-$50 a late fee as the rent is only $50 a month. This time I paid them in full only to have to remove my stuff in two days time or they will throw it away! I paid them in full. One or the most cleanest and organized warehouse I ever delivered in my almost 20 years of being in the moving industry. If I'm not mistaken but the Warehouse Manager name was Rick..been with that company since 1981...I wanna thank him for being so polite helpful and patient we loaded 2 shipment that day for the warehouse and we waited patiently pass 5pm until we finished. THANK YOU RICK YOU ARE THE MAN
Bob and his team were absolutely amazing! We are a military family moving overseas and have never had a company take the care and time that Bob's team took. Not only that, they communicated and explained everything well and every single packer was thorough. We trusted each packer and were incredibly thankful for such a wonderful group of men to handle our belongings. Thank you so much Bob and team! You guys were amazing and the best!
