Quick emissions testing. Clean facility 5/5 would recommend
I took my car to another shop for new tires, TPMS sensors & an evap issue that was causing it not to pass emissions. They sent me home with only half the work done & wouldn’t return my calls. I then took it to B Towne & they got me in so quickly, told me all the work that the other place didn’t do & explained why it needed to be done, and got me fixed up quickly & reasonably. Between that & the staff being so friendly & welcoming they definitely won me over as a customer! Thank you guys it passed emissions today!

AMAZING customer service EVERY time starting with the owner Mark, service writers Bob and Jana, to the technicians in the shop. We have been bringing our vehicles here for four years and are extremely happy with the professionalism, knowledge, honest and FAIR assessment of what our vehicles need to continue running smoothly. B towne discusses with the customer what needs to be done and agreed upon work is put in writing for the owner to sign prior to service being started.
