I have never left an online review in my life, but due to the service I received at B town today I am making an exception.Had my tires changed today. They charged me 3 times what I was charged last year. When I questioned it they told me I was miss charged last time. I asked why I wasn’t given the option for an alignment like last time I was first told they should have asked me when I checked in. When I said I wasn’t the answer quickly changed to. I used to go to those instant oil change ge places for the convenience, but B Towne Auto does one thing those other places don't....they treat you like you're their next door neighbor. Even with a simple oil change they check tires, brakes, lights, top off fluids, a full walk around and check. I've been taking my truck there for around a year and I will definitely continue.
