I just took my new used car to B town to be checked out and for an oil change. They went above and beyond from the counter staff, management, and mechanics to help me. I am always impressed with the service and price. Thank you B Town Auto for being a great Burlington business.
Always great service
Went in for emissions testing and oil change, customer service was mediocre at best in person and after they were done, they had told me I needed new break pads and rotors even though I had just replaced them myself 2 weeks prior and knew they were still good, 2-3 weeks later noise starts on front drivers side, went to check it out and all of the lug nuts were loose stripping out my lugs and causing the tire to wobble, called their shop and the owner picked up acting friendly, then I had told him what had happened and he ins... read more
Told me my rotators and brakes needed replacing after they had been replaced a couple weeks prior. They also cross threaded my lugs and didn’t tighten them down all the way, almost lost my front driver side tire as a result.
