Dr B.Todd Schaeffer has been my physician for well over a decade. He is knowledgable, caring and compassionate . He is open to the concerns of his patients and diligent in identifying, diagnosing and setting up a care plan . He has uncovered the root cause of an underlying health issue that I was having more than one time . He does not give up on his patients concerns. I am grateful and confident to have him handling my care and highly recommend him.

I didn't find Dr. Schaeffer very helpful. Be careful, he bills heavy even after the co-payment. If he touches or put a q-tips in your nose, he will bill max as a procedure. My wife had a actual surgery and she received a bill about the same amount. I will not see him again. After the visit all I got from him is Omeprazole (a temporary solution).
In February 2025, I was suffering from a deviated septum and could not breathe out of one nostril. This caused severe anxiety and panic attacks. I visited four ENT doctors, all of whom dismissed my symptoms, told me I had always had this issue, and said it was “all in my head.” One ENT in Garden City even suggested I see a psychiatrist.
