The tax preparer we previously used from Integrity quit and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get our tax return filed. I've called many times, finally got ahold of someone who said they would call me back to see who we were transferred and never did. We've been a customer for many years and I am extremely disappointed. Our return is now late and we will be going elsewhere from now on.
