I would give B Tan more stars if I could! I came to write a review for my 1st visit yesterday, but seen a 1 star review posted yesterday and I was in the business filling out paperwork. I feel I need to make a statement on behave of Melissa. I think she handle the conversation very well! I was the customer that stated it was only tanning, not life or death, it was only 4 minutes. I went on a half price Sunday and the bed shut down because it was too hot. So I was told I had to save the minutes and use them the next time I went tanning. I was not offered to use the other bed to finish tanning. Then I went a month later to use the remaining minutes but I was told by the same employee I could not use them because it was half price Sunday and that I would have to come in on another day.
