Rebecca was very rude to me on the phone. I was not rude to her one time. I called to ask if I needed to drop my car off and if so, when. She gave me smart remarks. I had mentioned she was being rude for no reason and instead of fixing her attitude, she decided to leave me on hold and then “answer” the phone back and ask “how may I help you” trying to be smart.
If there were more than 5 stars id give them all of them. Rebecca and Travis listen to the issue u are having and really care. Michael and Travis worked on my truck and fixed it where no others could. I had wheel balance issues and 3 different shops, one with a roadforce as well, failed to resolve. These guys rock. I will be going back if/when I have more issues.
