Wow, fast, friendly, competent service. Talk about a good neighbor.
Had a flat yesterday on the side of the road & there was no spare that came standard with my 2020 Jeep Compass. That was the start of a very shitty day yesterday. Fast forward to today 8/4/25, I went to Jamie's at 0800 this mornin to see about what tires they had in stock. They had 1 but couldn't fit me to put it on my Compass. Then I came to B&T, they didn't have any of my tire size in stock but they went out of their way to help. I bought the tire from Jamie's & brought it over to B&T. Rebecca was very rude to me on the phone. I was not rude to her one time. I called to ask if I needed to drop my car off and if so, when. She gave me smart remarks. I had mentioned she was being rude for no reason and instead of fixing her attitude, she decided to leave me on hold and then “answer” the phone back and ask “how may I help you” trying to be smart.
If there were more than 5 stars id give them all of them. Rebecca and Travis listen to the issue u are having and really care. Michael and Travis worked on my truck and fixed it where no others could. I had wheel balance issues and 3 different shops, one with a roadforce as well, failed to resolve. These guys rock. I will be going back if/when I have more issues.
Great service...Rebecca and the guys very helpful and accommodating.
