Vidal Road Services provided consistently professional service from initial contact to completion. Their phone representative displayed respect and concern for my family's well-being after our vehicle stranded in a remote location. The technician's expertise extended beyond installing a new tire to include repairing a damaged spare tire. The company's performance was exemplary.
Literally great customer service and very reasonable pricing. They showed up to my location within 45 minutes and the job was done 30 minutes after the driver got there.

Luckily to have 1 star. I called the contact information regarding tire patches and I got send to the unnecesesary place and the person couldnt speak English at all which I even have trouble communicating. Besides that very disrecpel person. He left me outside and closes there gate while I am talking to the person on the phone for translation.
