Great experience buying a firearm here. I picked up a Ruger .22 rifle to teach my kid brother how to shoot. Great sales people...very friendly. The only downside is that they do not have a big selection of ammo (but to be fair a lot of people have limited supply right now.) I would definitely shop here again.
I have been to the Lorain location. Great guys out there. Been to the Middleburg Heights location. The guy who helped me there knew exactly what I wanted, and how to find it at a great price. Never been to the Grafton location. Sold a gun at the Mentor location. Don't have one nice thing to say about the guy who runs that store. Rude and down right mean. I'd rather go to a shop that has close to nothing than go to the Mentor B&T location.
