Disappointed with their service.
I told them to not do the work, three but 4 times. They went ahead and charged I couldn't get hold.of reception for days. Apparently they a one fit outfit Go else where
On holiday in Ely and my Audi developed a brake fault. Called B&T after 17.00 and they said bring it in at 8.00 and they would try and look at it. Did diagnostics, found fault, checked everything and confirmed it was safe to drive home - great help and great service. Other Ely Audi specialist Benton's weren't interested and could possibly fit me in in 2 weeks. Well done B & T Motors and thank you
BT motors have again shown the service that make them a great local garage. A clever simple solution to a problem that could have cost hundreds in a new replacement BMW part was gratefully appreciated. Well done and many thanks.
