You’d think with a 3.9 rating you’d try to be more kind to your customers my 3 year old son has asthma and I did forget to change the filter thing so the dog we had messed up I wanted it got fixed and we could get it shipped back NEVER GAVE IT BACK so they delivered a square box ( I got a dog because my son is 3 and scared he don’t want no box !!) We are on a limited income and they had used mobility scooters for 550.00. Wife was told they work great. All charge well and are a good buy. We have had it 35 days and it won't charge now. They moved out of Paris. But will look at it for us for an additional 75.00. I'm a veteran and didn't know they would rip me off like this. Go somewhere else. Shysters.
