B & T Carpet Cleaners is the best! I have hired them multiple times to clean rugs, furniture, and of course, carpet before! Every time they are professional, thorough, and well priced.

Had an appointment today, my time was from 9am-11am! Yesterday they called to confirm appointment. No one showed up today, i kept calling and calling . Finally talked to someone at 11:30am and said they had to cancel ! Terrible company. Said there was nothing they can do till next week now. Never again

I would like my area rug returned that you have had since the beginning of October and that was paid for to be cleaned. While I received my area rug back (on December 22nd) only after having to ask Keansburg Police for assistance, the rug was never cleaned and the service was paid for in advance (my mistake) Don’t be scammed by this business, all the reviews are fake. I will be taking them to court to be refunded for the service I paid for and never received.

The tech just did a fantastic job on my carpet. Super nice guy and the carpet looks like new and smells fresh. The customer experience was top notch from the beginning phone call to the end. I highly recommed this serive. I appreciate the work!!

I would like to recommend the very professional B & T Carpet Cleaners company. They cleaned the carpets in our offices and did a very good work. The price was decent.
