I called B&T Appliances & Repair to ask them about fixing an ice maker that would not crush ice in a refrigerator at a rental property I own. I explained that a plastic piece had fallen out of the dispenser and it would now only dispense cubed ice and not crushed ice. In order to help them have the part when they came to do the repair, I gave them the model number and told them that it was the ice crusher housing that was broken.
