This gym is excellent. Spit and sawdust, with everything you need with no bullshit! I am an intermediate lifter and have been lifting for several years. I had the pleasure of training with the owner, Craig, 3x a week for a month. He was very adaptive, given this isn't how he normally trains clients (e.g. I came in with my own 10,000 foot goals and splits from my usual trainer). What a great little gym. Physically small, but plenty of space for a great workout. Lots of free weights, plenty of benches. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The gym has a wonderful vibe and has a welcoming, friendly feel for a day pass person like me — trying to get in one good workout for our week on island. I love this gym and will revisit whenever I’m on MV!
Heather was so helpful and friendly. I needed a new T shirt. The one I bought ony last visit in 2021 was worn out. She met me there and found me the elusive small shirt size. I love the convenience of the app (once you get logged on anyway). The facility is rugged, old school, and complete with everything I needed anyway. I'll see you guys again in 2027!
