Mike Alford was Very knowledgeable. He knew how to treat my back pain. Feel great after just 2 sessions.
I was disappointed with the massage. Even though it was a 60 minute session, it didn’t cover my whole body.
I do all my treatments with Mike, and he’s absolutely GORGEOUS ! Every session feels like an energy recharge. He’s always patient, attentive, and so knowledgeable. Can’t wait to keep coming back!
This is a great spot for all your aches an pains. I have had some great massages there and some helpful acupuncture. There are so many different modalities under one room. I have started seeing, chiropractor, Nina (aka Dr. Nona Nikzad). I absolutely can recommend her to everyone She is knowledgeable, caring, works great hours (weekends) and has helped my back and shoulder problems.
