I contacted Joe on October 4, 2020. I asked him for help with transferring pictures from a few phones to a usb drive. Along with the phones I provided him with a cd of pictures to try and recover for me. Well it’s been 4 months and he no longer answers my calls, my messages or my husbands calls. At this point all I want is my property back! This is completely unprofessional! I trusted this company with 5 cell phones that contained very important pictures. I WANT MY PROPERTY BACK!!,
