this studio is so well run! the classes are great, the interior is very clean, and there is so much good energy everytime i go. shout out to the front desk girl checking people in before Swiftie Saturday today :)
B/Spoke is amazing! I have a monthly membership and go 8 times a month and it is worth every penny. The instructors are fabulous and I truly feel like a member of the community! The instructors make an effort to get to know the clients and even know me by name now which is so nice! I feel appreciated when I go to classes at B/Spoke!
Great staff, awesome workouts, and great sense of community and cleanliness! Would definitely recommend trying out!
This is only the first, or possibly the second google review I've ever written. Worst customer service of any workout studio I've been to in 30 years of working out. When you sign up for a class with a class pass, you pay a fee for the mat you reserve. If you miss the class they keep the fee you paid. Ok, that's fair. What's not fair is that they charge an additional fee of $20. It's like buying a pen for $20 and then being charged $20 because you didn't use it.
