Great set up and good classes but really poor in person interaction and customer service. I had attempted to take a yoga class this past week and was turned away because I was 1 minute past their late policy (which is 5 minutes?!?!) I have never heard a short late entry policy. I tried to contact their customer service to see if I could rebook (no reply) and was also charged a $20 no show policy even though I did actually show up. cool studio where you can choose your own workout; like the name itself bespoke got 3 classes for 20 usd, for trial it was convenient to make booking for classes by using their own app took a infrared whole body yoga and lift class for 45 mins i couldn't feel the BURN but i was able to sweat a little more with the heat during the class overall really interesting workout studio, everything is well equipped and new! highly recommend if you are looking for easy weight lifting / stretching classes
