These classes are great! Very flexible with class availability and choices throughout Boston.
Such a great little studio! The workouts are challenging but fun, the music is always on point, and the vibe is super positive and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you actually look forward to working out. Highly recommend!
Great studio with small, non-overwhelming classes and amazing instructors. I’ve taken ~10 classes and will keep coming back. Love the vibe! Pilates and yoga classes are also available, but strength classes are my favorite
