Signed up for a free-trial on class pass and arrived 7 minutes late. Not allowed to enter for ‘safety reasons’ had I been there 2 minutes previously I would have been ‘safe’ under the same conditions… Not only that but I was told I would be considered as a no-show and charged the associated fees because ‘other people could have booked’. I showed up to my reservation at Bspoke and they are saying I am considered a no show and will be charged no show fee because I arrived 6 minutes. If you are late for 5 minutes, you are fine. But if you are late for 6 minutes, you are no show due to their policy? I mean ok if I am no show, you can charge me additional fee but I am standing in front of 3 staffs.
