Quite disapppinted in the services provided by this office. You will be lucky to see the doctor for more than 3 minutes, and you are forced to sign a form beforehand stating that you will be charged extra for any substantial discussion of your health during that time. The visits are therefore rendered useless. It amounts to predatory billing by this office and all of Frederick Health. If you dont have prescriptions that need filled repeatedly, you're better off without this middle man. Go get your own blood work done cheape... read more
Dr. Shanes has been our family doctor for over 3 years and is always making sure to take the time to listen to our needs and find the right remedy. He and the team always follow-up to make sure that we are doing better or if anything else is needed. I highly recommend Dr. Shanes and his team, especially if you are in the Brunswick, MD area.
Could probably work on his bedside manner. Arrogant and condescending. I have to use him because of insurance reasons, but I'm nervous to ever go see him because of the way he'll treat me. That's the way healthcare is, I guess.
