The only good thing I can say about this company is that the people who work there are kind. I've had a number of problems in just a few short months since taking over a couple properties that Pye Barker ended up monitoring. There was a night when I had a building alarm issue and spent 40 minutes on hold and being bounced around to different call centers (who couldn't all find out account info). I had technicians dispatched to find a bad device and when they came back to replace the device, they'd brought the wrong one. This... read more
Katrina answered my question when I called in, explained how things worked, and fixed our issue right away. It is so nice to be able to call a supply partner and get something fixed right away, especially when working in a busy manufacturing environment.
