Horrible. My account switched from Choice to Pye Barker and I didn’t receive calls or alerts when my alarm went off. Then when I went to cancel due to moving they are trying to charge me for more than 60 days past my date of notice to cancel.
I'm updating a previously low review score of 2/5 to a 4/5 because of improved services over the last year. I switched away from Pye Barker monitoring but use them for inspections and service on two of my buildings. Brent Eshelman has been particularly helpful to me in my time here and has done a lot of great work to coordinate our inspections and keep us in compliance with all of the parties in charge. The only good thing I can say about this company is that the people who work there are kind. I've had a number of problems in just a few short months since taking over a couple properties that Pye Barker ended up monitoring. There was a night when I had a building alarm issue and spent 40 minutes on hold and being bounced around to different call centers (who couldn't all find out account info). Katrina answered my question when I called in, explained how things worked, and fixed our issue right away. It is so nice to be able to call a supply partner and get something fixed right away, especially when working in a busy manufacturing environment.
