Owner has one incompetent employee in the shop. he messed up the threads on my wheel studs, which I had to have replaced later. The shop equipment is primitive and not well maintained, and the condition of the shop was horrible (dark and dirty). The locals suck up to Richard, the owner...I suppose because he is the only tire service available here. So, I think the good reviews are shills.
