The Port O John was delivered in a timely fashion and the driver was friendly and they picked it up on time on the day they were supposed to
Worst customer service I have had delt with. We waited two days at a national event to be pumped out. We were placed on a waiting list on day one....pump man lied and marked us off the list. Second day they didn't show up until 4 in the afternoon. Found the man and was told he would come......never showed. Had to call customer service and they even had an attitude! I would never treat my customers this way. Shame on you.
