RecommendedWe had a weekend emergency. I left a voicemail on the emergency line. JD called me back right away. He even apologized for taking so long to call as they were really busy. I didn't think it was long at all. He went above and beyond his duties to be helpful. We ended up having to have our septic pumped so the work couldn't be completed by B&S but if I were rating this company on their responsiveness, knowledge and friendliness I would give them an A+. You should give him a bonus!
What wonderful plumbers!! They came to my house and working so efficiently, as well as cleaned up any mess (even the ones they didn't make) ! The staff are amazing from the first person you talk with to the last and they didn't stay longer or take their time to raise the price!! I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them every time I need plumbing!!
They get the work done right, very professional!
