Customer service sucks and don’t believe them when they tell you they will call you. Nick will flat out lie to your face and not think twice about it. Told it would take 3 days. IT TOOK 4 WEEKS! No wonder none of the work gets done. They spend all day in the house. Nobody ever in the shop like the old days. All they have is excuses and for the price they charged I could have bought a aftermarket one.

Took 5 weeks to get the job done after they said it was a rush since it’s the second time it’s been there, and they never seemed to care. Called multiple times and even stopped in to check on it. Hours aren’t right and they must show up to work whenever they want.

Took 2 diaphragm's here. that a coworker and I spent 2 days trying to get apart. These guys had them apart in less then 2 hour's. On top of getting us right in last minute. Great work as a very reliable price! Highly recommend!

Called in for an estimate on a VERY common cylinder. Weeks later when I received the call that it was done. I was informed the total was 12% more. That wouldn’t be such a big deal if they were upfront and honest but I caught them in a lie. The person who called me said the cylinder was metric so the kit we had to buy was $89. When I arrived to pick up, I asked for the part number of the kit because the other cylinder is a little wet and I may have to rebuild it as well. Great service and price. I've had several projects done with B&S with no issues. The work was done faster than they said and he only charged me for what I need. Thank you for the great service guys!
