The audiologist at B&S is great to work with. Very professional, caring, explains the result of the hearing test and gives options for the best aids to address your specific need. Price is better than other audiologists I've seen and includes all follow up care. No additional charge for annual hearing test, hearing aid adjustments, etc
Elise has the patience of 9 saints. She went above and beyond my expectations and concerns. A pleasure working with one so knowledgeable and caring.

I have been visiting Northport for a few weeks. One hearing aid wire pulled out and I was far from my provider. Elise took me in within a day of my call, inspected and shipped to the manufacturer for service. Also helped diagnose quickly issue with the hearin aid. Got it back and both work great. Elise was very accommodating and responsive.
Absolutely fantastic. Was referred to B & S by a local physician's office. Elise was quick to get me in for evaluation and provided some very comforting results. Excellent and professional service.
