Rene was great in helping me fix the doors and side mirror!
Rene helped me through the process from start to finish for my 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan. All communication with Rene was polite, professional and prompt and he truly went above and beyond. The work for my rear driver side quarter panel and trunk was done within 10 days of the scheduled appointment with the insurance adjuster. Timing is heavily dependent on parts availability and shipping, but based on my experience, I will be getting future bodywork done with Rene and the B&S Hacienda Livermore team.
Excellent service! Our splash guard and bumper popped out (and polished a scratch complimentary), and they fixed it quickly and free of charge. Robert was incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole team had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Robert and the team
