Had work done at another body shop in the central valley and they did great paint work but couldn't align my new hood. It wasn't sitting level with the fenders. I then brought my car to Robert at B&S Hacienda Auto Body and they were able to easily align my hood. All employees at the shop were professional and easy to deal with. Thanks to Robert and the guys at B&S for making the hood look right. If you are looking for a body shop, I highly recommend them.
Roberto and his team were excellent. They discussed the issue and possible outcomes at length with me over the phone and worked with me and my insurance to ensure the resolution met my needs. Even though the overall timeline for getting the repairs completed was delayed, they made sure the quality of work was up to snuff. B&S hacienda Livermore does amazing work! I've brought them 2 vehicles of mine after accidents and they came out better looking than when I bought them. They go above and beyond what I asked both times and their customer service is on the same level. I highly recommend them and have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so..
