My experience with B & S Hacienda Auto Body in Livermore CA was terrific! Rene Diaz was able to take this job to completion as the parts for my 2024 Polestar 2 came in on a timely manner. The assembly and paint job was first rate. The rear sensor needed some calibration work before they could release the car to me. The team at B & S were excellent to work with on the collision repair of my EV. They were quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and helped me coordinate with insurance to ease my anxiety. Very professional from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
This company is top notch. I also want to especially acknowledge Rene at the First St location in Livermore. We have used B&S Hacienda for many years whether it has been for a fender bender or wear and tear (clear coat, trim re-gluing, etc). They have always taken a customer first approach. The pricing has been fair and the support excellent. They stand by their work. I have worked most recently with Rene and very much appreciate his professionalism, friendliness and appreciation that we are repeat customers.
Great experience. They were able to get me in for my work the next day, and we’re actively able to find a solution to my problem that saved me some money. Friendly staff, very professional, and all around great business. Would definitely come back again.
