I took my car to b&s automotive after it overheated. I was told the head gasket had blown by another company who didn't have the ability to fix it. So I told b&s I thought it was the head gasket (in which case I wouldn't want it fixed) but I would pay the $42 diagnostic fee just to get a second opinion before junking it. They called me back with a 'good news! It's not the head gasket', claiming it would be a few hundred dollars to repair a different component. I told them to go ahead and fix it.
