Got rear ended and decided to take it to Honda (hillside) to get it replaced. I asked them if the dealership does the repair which they told me they do and have a trusted body shop. Come to find out 16 days after leaving the car I get greeted with the most top tier bull shit work. 8K in repairs and my fender look like it was from a used car, I have scratches in the wedges and the fender isn’t even aligned. Excellent service. They handle everything for you from talking to the insurance, getting you a rental to making sure your vehicle looks like it did before it was involved in an accident. Their work is unmatched.
No comments is a best comments. I suggest make U turn and find different place. Painting job terrible. Bumper installation tragic. Doors setup more then tragic They should install new parts ...but they instal same part ...and charge for new one They should fix cracks ...what they did?..they put just clear coat on top of scratches. Lights frame should be changed...they didn't even touch it ...but charge for it. Mirror same thing. Repainted the whole car and their job was fantastic. Highly recommend this shop.
