I had a very good experience here. Amina is very nice over the phone. She doesn’t act like you’re bothering her. All the ladies in the salon were very friendly and made me feel v comfortable. They did their very best to get me out on time. They’re fast and efficient and fairly priced. I would absolutely recommend.
The owner was completely unprofessional and rude. I will never go back.
Amazing experience today, I walked right In and they started on my small, knotless braids with triangle parts. They executed beautifully! Can’t wait to come back!
I’ve been coming to this braiding salon for years, but now it’s time for my daughter and I to move on. Their customer service sucks! I just don’t understand how you display a nasty disposition when you want our business. And to top it off, the way they braid hair, fell all the way off!! My daughter kept saying “Mommy, let’s go to Yamina’s in East Orange, but I didn’t listen! We will be going there our next hair braiding visit! Bye Bye Amina!! I wish I could give this a -10!!!
Very courteous staff, who work fast, and efficiently. It is recommended that you have pictures of the style you want and are assertive about desired size, length, parts, or any other preferences etc. You can bring your own hair or they can provide the hair for you. Prices are $160 and up.
